When I was in Cambodia and Thailand I ate a lot of traditional Thai and Khmer food, especially Khmer chicken curry.
I’m a huge sushi fan. No matter how often I eat it I want it more and more. So, I attempted to make sushi myself, at home. I must say it was easier than I expected it to be, but perfecting it will take time and practice.
I love Stir-Frys for a variety of reasons. The first being that they are super easy to make! You can pretty much throw anything in there and you’re good!
