Wolf Gourmet | My Favorite Cookware

Wolf Gourmet – My Favorite Cookware

As you all know, I LOVE Wolf Gourmet. I have their amazing Blender, their incredible Tabletop Convection Oven,  and now I have their beautiful, incredibly stainless steel cookware that you can find at Bloomingdales!

To show case how versatile this cookware is, I decided to make marinated shishito peppers that I actually harvested from my personal vegetable garden! This recipe came out super delicious, and this Wolf Gourmet cookware really did an amazing job.

First, I started off with the 2.5 quart sauté pan that is SO incredibly stunning. Even my boyfriend was impressed. I sautéed pearl onions that I also harvested from my garden, with a bit of garlic.

I really notice how well the skillet distributes, and holds heat at this point. I was able to turn the heat to medium and spread my onions around and everything was cooking and sizzling to perfection! Next I added in my shishito peppers, stems and all.

Then I added in some soy sauce and a little ponzu sauce. Next, I was happy to know that these babies are also oven safe, so I popped them into a 300 degree oven. Now it’s time to work on the sauce! To start cooking the sauce, I added 2 tbsp of organic, grass fed butter to Wolf Gourmet’s 2 quart saucepan.

Once the butter is added, you can add in the peppers! You can also scrape the remaining bits left over in the sauté pan to add tons of flavor! Generally, when I cook with soy sauce the sauce gets stuck to the pan, but with wolf gourmet it easily came off! And even if it doesn’t come off all the way, this cookware is also dishwasher safe!

To finish these puppies off, cover the lid and cook for about 10 minutes. Then you can pull them out, and top them off with cilantro and green onions! Wolf Gourmet cookware really helped me make this recipe amazing.

  57. I love to cook. I use chili peppers in almost everything I cook. I also use chilies in my salsa. I try to sneak them in different dishes to expose my husband, my sweet @ lovely children to more spicy foods. My favorite chilies recipe is a homemade Sriracha sauce I concocted once. Definitely was similar to the original but I added a bit more smokiness and depth to the flavor behind the heat. Love it! And this pan is awesome, I’d love to cook my specialties in it!
